- Got a cheque for insurance rebate $270
- OMHA –AGM - Novice Shamrock received an award for Community Excellence
- (pink taped sticks for breast cancer, food drive and wore costumes for an away game)

Committee reports
Coaches (Scott) Application deadline is past (June 17th) to date Scott has received 1 with full
Paper work, 2 verbals and 1 set of paper work with Marilyn
Suggestions were given for possible coaches.
Scott to put ad in paper when postal strike is concluded with a possible deadline
July 15th
Development and Education Eddie to talk to Janice Silver (OMHA) about coach’s clinic to be held in Glencoe
Police Checks Scott to look after Police checks
Sponsorship (Greg) Greg was talking to Cheryl Murray about a form letter for sponsorships and contacts of LY sponsors
There are 2 outstanding sponsorships from LY
Greg also to look after Hockey Pools, Bob to get a copy of LY’s pool
Cindy suggestion for Appin Meats fundraising, Cindy to look into
Maple Lodge all done with their fundraising programs
Jeff asked about getting 5 hockey jerseys for tournaments at a cost of $55 each

REFEREE REPORT (EDDIE) is to try and get a hold of Shawn Mooser to get info from him

Ben Salomans to be asked for time keepers if he is willing to do again
ICE SCHEDULING (Jeff) Practices tri-county practices will be on Monday’s starting at 5:30- 9:30
Shamrock practices will be on weds. Starting at 5:30-9:30
Tykes – practice on Thursday 6-7pm
Clinics on Thursday 7-9
Beginners practice on sat 8-9am
GAMES
TRI-COUNTY Saturday 12:30-5:30
`` Shamrock Sunday 2-9:30
Glencoe arena will be offering cancellation insurance 48 hrs before hand
Tournaments will start at 6:30 Friday nights
Jeff to talk to Watford arena about ice availability for tryouts for shamrock

Tournaments (Jeff) tournaments to be registered on OMHA website
Equipment (Scott & Kurt) missing 1full set of jerseys and a few other shirts missing as well
Scott had a price on dry cleaning jerseys of $3-4 per shirt.
Kurt will to ask his contact about a price on a minimum of 76 shirts
Missing one first aid kit
Kurt also to check into first aid equipment with his contact
Scott mention about possibly giving socks away for registration

Ice plans discussed practices at one arena and games at the other arena
Agreed vote is 50% plus 1; both centres must be 50% plus 1 to have
Amalgamation put through
East Lambton vote had a no show as a yes vote.
July 11 th Bothwell Amalgamation meeting in Glencoe 7:30 in new Horizons room

NEW BUSINESS email received from Bob about A/P players.
It was discussed that the board would put a cap on how many players would be eligible for A/P after players are registered and teams set
Web site- Will DeWild to get a price on web site program to get our website going again and program would be property of GMHA
Pre- Printed game sheets were discussed and decided that they would not be pre-printed at this time but game #’s would be on the sheets and would be up to the Shamrock and Tri-County reps to have that completed before game time.
Maple Lodge and Dodge Caravan Kids sponsorships to be looked after by Greg Huston
Bob talked to Bothwell about sharing ice for practices for the month of Sept. while Glencoe has no ice to lower cost for both centres
2 board meetings to be held in August 2 and 16
